Say & Sway Partner Program Terms

These terms apply to the Say & Sway Partner Program run by Marta Teresa Pin (ABN 61 791 251 003), who operates Say & Sway ("we"). By applying or sharing your partner link, you agree to them.

1. Joining

• Apply on our "Become a partner" page.
• We review every application and may approve or decline it at our discretion.
• You must be 18 or older.

2. How you earn

• You earn 30% of each payment made by customers who sign up through your link, for 12 months from their first payment. On founding-member prices you earn 20%.
• A referral counts when someone clicks your link and starts a paid plan or trial within 60 days, and hasn't already been a Say & Sway customer.
• Taxes and payment fees are not included in commission calculations.

3. Approval and payout

• Commissions become approved 30 days after each payment.
• If that payment is refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent, the commission is cancelled. If it was already paid, we deduct it from future payouts.
• We pay approved commissions monthly once your balance is $50 or more, by PayPal or Wise (bank transfer), whichever you choose in your partner settings. Any fees charged by PayPal or Wise, or for currency conversion, come out of the payment.
• You're responsible for your own taxes.

4. How to promote

• Always disclose that you earn a commission, e.g. "#ad", "affiliate link" or "I earn a commission if you sign up". Follow the advertising rules where you live (for example ACCC guidance in Australia, the FTC in the US and the ASA in the UK).
• Be honest. Share your real experience.
  • Don't promise income, follower numbers or specific results.
  • Don't make claims about Say & Sway that we haven't made.
• Not allowed:
  • spam, including unsolicited emails, DMs or comments
  • fake reviews
  • coupon, cashback or incentive sites
  • buying ads on our brand name (e.g. bidding on "Say & Sway" in search ads)
  • pretending to be Say & Sway
  • referring yourself or your own accounts

5. Our brand

• You may use the logos and materials in the partner kit, unchanged, only to promote Say & Sway.
• Don't register domains, social handles or ads containing our name.

6. Ending

• Either of us can end your participation anytime.
• If you break these terms, unpaid commissions may be cancelled.
• Otherwise, approved commissions earned before the end are paid as usual.

7. Changes We may change commission rates or these terms with 30 days' notice. Changes don't affect commissions already earned.

8. Relationship You're an independent partner, not our employee or agent.

9. Liability, law and contact

• Our liability under this program is limited to commissions owed to you.
• These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
