Say & Sway Refund Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026
Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles billing questions and refunds on our behalf. You can request a refund from the link in your Paddle receipt, or by emailing us at hello@sayandsway.com.
Free trials
Cancel before your trial ends and you won't be charged. We'll email you a reminder 2 days before the first payment.
Monthly plans
- Cancelling: you can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.
- No partial refunds: we don't give refunds for part of a month.
Money-back guarantee on your first payment
If Say & Sway isn't for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first paid subscription payment, as long as you've exported 3 or fewer finished videos in that time.
Yearly plans
- Within 14 days: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying a yearly plan or of its renewal.
- Renewal reminder: we'll remind you 7 days before a yearly plan renews.
- After 14 days: yearly plans aren't refundable, unless the law requires otherwise.
Video packs and add-ons
Packs are refundable within 14 days if you haven't used any of their videos. Once you've used any video from a pack, it can't be refunded.
Pausing instead of cancelling
Busy season, or taking a break? You can pause your plan for 1–3 months instead of cancelling. Your work stays safe in your Brand Vault.
When we always refund
If a technical fault on our side stops you from using a paid feature and we can't fix it within a reasonable time, we'll refund or credit the affected period.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer law, including:
- Australian Consumer Law guarantees
- UK and EU rules for digital services
Where those rights give you more than this policy, they apply.
